Presenting Performance

101 Seaport is a striking 17-story office tower designed by Jacobs in 2015. As the New England headquarters for PwC, it offers a prestigious address with unmatched views of Boston Harbor and Logan Airport.

This building set a new standard for sustainability in the region. It was the first commercial office building to employ triple glazing and active chilled beams.

These innovations helped the building achieve LEED Platinum certification, reflecting its commitment to environmental excellence.

The design pays homage to the local area. The base incorporates reclaimed wood from Boston Harbor, Massachusetts stone, and zinc elements that echo the region’s maritime heritage. This thoughtful use of materials adds to the building’s unique character. 101 Seaport is more than just an office space. It features 14,000 square feet of retail, a roof deck with panoramic water views, and a cutting-edge fitness center. Inside, the column-free spaces and floor-to-ceiling glass flood the workplace with natural light, creating an inspiring and productive environment. This iconic building is a model of modern, sustainable design. With its blend of innovation, local materials, and top-tier amenities, 101 Seaport stands out as a premier workplace destination in Boston.
