This three-story, 130,000 square foot facility in Princeton, NJ, stands as a beacon of modern workplace design. It focuses on using sustainability to enhance occupant well-being and employee performance.

The incorporation of sustainable technologies such as abundant natural lighting, advanced mechanical systems, and energy-efficient materials contributes to a healthy and more productive atmosphere. These thoughtful design choices complement the building’s striking curtainwall system that helps the building reach its environmental benchmark. It utilizes zinc metal panels and high-performance glass units to ensure both energy efficiency and visual appeal.
