Contemporary Condo

DOXworks was commissioned to renovate a two-bedroom, one-bath condominium in a three-family home. The clients wanted to transform it into a comfortable, modern city refuge.

Adding a second bathroom was essential, leading to a complete redesign to maximize the existing layout. The renovation resulted in a refined space with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a small office, and a state-of-the-art kitchen.
