Located on East 2nd Street, this modern, minimalist apartment showcases the core values of DOXworks. Spanning 2,000 square feet, the space was home to Jonathan and his family for 10 years.
It served as both a residence and a living model of DOXworks’ design philosophy. The apartment includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a central fireplace that divides the dining and living areas, creating a warm, inviting atmosphere.
The design emphasizes warm, natural materials, adding a sense of tranquility and comfort to the minimalist aesthetic.
The south-facing orientation bathes the entire space in natural light, enhancing the open, airy feel. A state-of-the-art kitchen, designed with both functionality and style in mind, anchors the home. It offers a perfect blend of modern conveniences and timeless appeal. This project stands as a testament to DOXworks’ commitment to creating spaces that are both beautiful and highly functional.
