Located in Kendall Square, Cambridge, this 130,000-square-foot, three-story research laboratory redefines the life science workplace. Designed by DOXworks, the building was developed through a comprehensive feasibility study and concept design.

It fosters a healthy and inspiring environment, nurturing the creativity of scientists and equipping them with the advanced technology essential for groundbreaking solutions.

At the heart of the building is a central atrium, serving as the main gathering space. The atrium’s ground floor connects seamlessly to an outdoor plaza, flanked by a fitness center on one side and a full-service restaurant on the other. The building also features a multifunctional roof deck, shaded by a photovoltaic array, highlighting its commitment to sustainability.

Aspiring for a LEED Platinum certification, the building incorporates state-of-the-art systems and eco-friendly materials, meeting the highest environmental standards. It serves as a center not only for finding cures to major health challenges but also for addressing global environmental issues. This research laboratory stands as a beacon of innovation and sustainability. It enriches the Kendall Square community while embodying the values of both the neighborhood and the life sciences field.
